Program integrated by exercises and games that help develop motor habilities that will enable learning tennis.

• Use of common elements of the court.

  • Image and accurate understanding of the body (able to move in different ways).
Coordinating Skills include the following:
  • Handling weight · Manage / Submit · Send and receive · Mobility.
  • Introduction to racket/ball coordination
  • Game introduction
